Rent the whole house with only a two-night minimum stay.
Jan-Feb / $1,100 per night
Mar-Dec / Mon-Wed: $1,250 per night; Thur-Sun: $1,369 per night
Additional $300 security deposit and $350 cleaning fee.
All rental fees must be paid in full before check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations is made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
